Hi out there just coming on here to ask a few questions of you awesome people who are reading this right now. I'm not really big on using a scale so i haven't used one since i began working out and living healthier, at the beginning of this year i quit smoking and have stayed quit since because i decided to live healthier. Well that included getting off my rear end and working out more and doing more in my life instead of letting it pass me by. I wanted to ask your opinions to see if you see any difference in my before and during pics. If you do then i know I'm on the right track but if not then im gonna kick my butt into high gear and really start burning the fat!
