This is my actual shape.
Even though only by this photo you cant appreciante too much the change, its been over a year of incredible hard work
One year bulking out, and 3 months with carbohydrates cycle.
Afetar 1 month of bulking, this monday again I start ripping.
I havent tried any supplements yet. Only proteins shakes and fat burner from the herb shop.Prefare taking double time and be natural as much as possible.
Next photos will be when I have done diet for some weeks.
