2day diet Day 8 R)
Totally forgot to post yesterday

I had an ok food day. Went over my calories a bit and ate too much bread

(I stupidly bought a fresh granary loaf on Saturday.......won't be doing that again lol)
Weighed this morning and...........I LOST 7LB!!!!!!

Well pleased with that!! I was so shocked with how much I managed to lose even though I had been having up to 1,500 cals on my NR (non-restricted days) This 2day thing obviously really works for me. Back on my R (restricted days) again today and tomorrow. It seems like Monday and Tuesdays are good days for me to do it.
Breakfast: Yoghurt and raspberries
Lunch: mackerel, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: 2 eggs, wafer thin ham, lettuce, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar

I lost 7lb

and i'm totally up for doing awesome this week too
I went thru my clothes yesterday and there are still lots that I cant get over my bum

but it has given me the incentive to work hard at this!

Heya. don't feel bad for not coming by my diary. I make sure I post on mine but rarely get the chance to check out others. Life just gets in the bloody way lol
Yay the jeans and shop really did make me feel good. I had forgotten how good it felt fitting into things that I didn't think I would.
