Another New Me!!

2day diet Day 4 NR

Breakfast: 60g fruit and fibre
Lunch: 2 egg salad with light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: pasta 'n' sauce and salad, light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Snack: Magnum

Things to be proud of
Loads of cake at work and I had none :)
AND I brought some home for my boys and still not gonna have any!!!

Had a good food day :) i'm getting into the swing of it now and I feel totally fine after my 'episode' yesterday.
It is so much easier allowing myself 1500 cals on my non-restricted days as I haven't got near that even though I am having a magnum!!!!!

Thank you so much for being such a caring forum mum but I had a check and full bloods done about a month ago. I have low blood pressure and a really low heart rate (its like 46 beats a minute!!) but it's normal apparently. I've always got light headed when I stand up too quick but I have never fainted. I have mentioned it to the doctors but they are not worried so neither am I.
I think I just had some sort of stomach bug.

I used to have very low blood pressure too until about 10 years ago when it shot up & stayed up & won't go back down without medication. My resting heart rate is about 55. I'm glad you're ok & I should have known better. Of course you would have regular check ups with your doctor as you're a smart cookie. Getting out of a warm pool was always the worst for me. I used to have to sit on the steps & get out VERY slowly. It feels so good to be back on track sweetie. LET'S DO THIS!!!! xoxo Cate
 
2day diet Day 5 NR

Breakfast: 60g Special flakes cereal
Lunch: 60g Special flakes cereal, yoghurt and raspberries
Dinner: Sausage with pepper, red onion, mushroom and tomato in a red wine and balsamic vinegar sauce
Snack: ice cream

Things to be proud of
Still cake at work and at home and still didn't have any!!!
Also it's Friday which is usually junk night and we had a healthy dinner :)

A typical, we have no food cos Friday night is shopping night, day. It was actually quite nice having cereal for lunch :)
I'm really please that I have had a good Friday food wise.....Next challenge is to keep going well over the weekend so I have a good loss when I weigh on Monday morning!

My low blood pressure does annoy me. I always forget that when I get up or stand up to quickly that I do it which is stupid cos it happens all the time. You'd think i'd remember after all these years huh. I am so special :)
It really does feel good being back on track and I feel slimmer and healthier already and it's only day 5! can't wait to get back into my slim clothes. Hopefully I will manage to get into some of them by the time o go to Africa. The last time I went I was about 4 stone heavier!! It'll be cool wearing scrubs in a size other than 'large'!!!!
 
I bet you'll be able to cope with the heat out there a lot better without all that extra insulation on your body as well!

Its good to have a Monday morning weigh day, If it were friday afternoon you might think fuckit over the weekend.
 
I wish I could think of a way of raising some more money for your trip Kate! I'll try sharing it again & maybe some of my "friends" will share it as well & who knows! Fingers crossed! It will be great being 4 stone lighter than last time. I would have needed the largest size scrubs available once- large would not have been large enough! Hi guys

Just a quickie this morning!!!! I just had to share this!
I soooooooo wanted chocolate last night, all I could think of was eating! I wasn't hungry I just wanted to eat BUT I didn't and i'm so proud that I didn't give in to 'fat Kate' Then this morning when I got on the scales (I know it not weigh day but I weigh all the time) I was so so chuffed that I hadn't caved last night. I was surprisingly shocked with what they said :) It has really given me the incentive to have an awesome weekend too :)
THEN while I was getting dressed I thought 'I could try my jeans on' the ones that I haven't worn for months as they were way too tight I breath in, let alone look half decent. it was a struggle getting them up over my thighs!! I was hoping that they would just be tight but OMG they aren't even tight on my thighs!!!!! I could actually wear them :hurray: It's just too hot to wear jeans today lol But I am so so so so chuffed about them. Yay!!!!!

Ok, Kate's squealy moment over lol I'll be back later with my diary :)

2day diet Day 6 NR

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with light spread and marmite
Lunch: healthy wholegrain Panini at costa (338 cals)
2nd lunch!!! Ham, lettuce and light mayo granary sandwich
Dinner: Quiche, cous cous and salad with light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Snack: Small choc bar

I ate more than I wanted to but still stayed under 1,550 cals.....JUST!!!! I had the small chocolate bar cos I was feeling really hungry and needed sugar while I was at the allotment.

I was so chuffed with my jeans trying on this morning. I'm going to go thru my clothes tomorrow to see what else I can fit into. I have hated clothes as all I have wanted to wear is baggy stuff!!!

I had to go into Barnstaple today to sort out Jack's phone, I walked past M&CO and they had a massive sale on. The last few months I wouldn't have even looked twice but due to the 'feeling good about the jeans' this morning I decided to just take a look. I picked up a few bits from the size 12 rail (remember I have been having to wear 14 recently and even some of them are too tight) just to try on. One was a top and it looked ok, the second was a dress, I did it up but it was really tight and unflattering. The last dress I tried on looked lovely!!!! I went out of the changing cubicle to get the woman to finish doing up the zip at the back and she and the customer that had just come in were gushing about how lovely it looked!!!! It made me feel really good and seeing as it was reduced from £50 down to £20 I thought 'sod it, its my 40th in a week, i'm gonna treat myself' When I went to the cash desk the woman there said 'ooooo, I saw you when you tried that on, it looks stunning' You can imagine the smile I had on my face as I left the shop :)

Spent the afternoon at the allotment and this evening I have a houseful of teenager!!!!!

Hopefully I can have another awesome day tomorrow. I'm aiming to eat less than today and i'm gonna be busy sorting thru all my clothes........Exciting!!

I'll also try and catch up with all your diaries tomorrow :)

2day diet Day 8 R)

Totally forgot to post yesterday :eek: I had an ok food day. Went over my calories a bit and ate too much bread :( (I stupidly bought a fresh granary loaf on Saturday.......won't be doing that again lol)

Weighed this morning and...........I LOST 7LB!!!!!! :hurray: Well pleased with that!! I was so shocked with how much I managed to lose even though I had been having up to 1,500 cals on my NR (non-restricted days) This 2day thing obviously really works for me. Back on my R (restricted days) again today and tomorrow. It seems like Monday and Tuesdays are good days for me to do it.

Breakfast: Yoghurt and raspberries
Lunch: mackerel, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: 2 eggs, wafer thin ham, lettuce, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar

Things to be proud of
I lost 7lb :) and i'm totally up for doing awesome this week too :)

I went thru my clothes yesterday and there are still lots that I cant get over my bum :( but it has given me the incentive to work hard at this!

Heya sweetie. I had got down to a 10/12 so bursting out of 14's felt terrible. I hate knowing that people are thinking 'oh, she's gained her weight' I am gonna get back there and i'm gonna drag you along with me :)

Kate have you bought the 2day diet book?i am searching online but i can really find something that i can follow .i =t seems i have to get the book.How are you doing this diet?
