I've lately been looking for High school Sports since i'm going to be an Incoming Freshman next year. I want to use the summer months to train and condition. I want to join either Football, Or Soccer. I'm also probably able to get Gym Access through school programs and stuff.
I'm 5'6. I weigh 120 Pounds. What I want to know is what type of Exercises should I do? Also What should I change in my diet. I'm pretty sure I have a Fast Metabolism since I'm able to eat and eat and eat but not get any bigger.
