Hi Kiria
i am just hanging around not much to report on fitness,but have a pile of crap to talk about on the construction work,heard that the dumbA$$ contractor is going to sue me for under paying,infact he was over charging and didnt finish his work and too all the money plus some...so its way too frustrating,if e really sues..the construction work will be stopped and i will have to stay in this dreadful place for some more time:S

so the contractor is really sueing us,i want to get in the house ASAp,so when the court orders,i am already in the house ,so he wont be able to take the hold of the keys..its too much crap that i sometimes lose the courage and then i think about my kid and all the dreams i have made ,and i move on..and gather myself to face him in the court

Update:
so i filed a report against that Ass in police station,they called the contractor he was out of city,they summoned him on monday to listen what he has got against us..he is a chatter box,and manupilative, he can twist the facts and try to use them in his favour...thats i am really dreading..plus i am scared to face him again:|
but i know i will have to learn to be strong,i am trying to relax myself but panic is taking over...i feel so alone and helpless...but i know if i lost the hope/courage victory wil be his..so i am gonna teach him that girls are not just cutie cutie household objects...girls can be strong and break his teeth if needed..thanks to some strenght traing i did..i can really win a fight with him,but i will be facing him in police station so i better try to control my rage,would be safe/sane

Update:so i called a lawyer friend of mine and he said u did the right thing by filing a report against him..i have to see him in police station today at 5 pm..if he doesnt show up it will be an added point 4 me.
but all the guys at police station and everyone i talked to said that i am right on my grounds,and he is totally screwed up..i hope the prophecies come true.
