start it up workout#2
so i did it,woah
am i proud of myself?
my son slept at 1:38 am:O.after listening to stories and songs for two str8 hours
i was about to dose off,but stayed up
then istarted my workout its 30 minutes workout,did it and nailed it

though i had a better workout yeterday beacuse i did it in the morning and now i was tired but well idid it anyway

now menu
ate two slices of bran bread with 1 1/2 TBSp PB,and a cup of tea
lunch two chapati with egg plant and colocasia/taro curry damn it was yummy,my fav

two cahaptis must be 200Grams of whole wheat,then had another cup oftea
and then nothing:|
two fries that i made for my son and wanted to encourage him to eat..he ate rest of theplate

then i did nt get time for myself,forgotto eadinner,i was hungry before workout,but i knew i will throw up during exercise so hold it off,now after drinking two glassof water,i am not hungry at all
i should eat though but cant
will just go to bed now
