ok so i am off atkins officialy and i am a disaster!!
i ate a slice of bread with mayo and it tasted like a crap,..and 10 cherries
with a cup of tea
then i had nothing i didnt feel like eating..maybe my body is adjusting or something
my sister came in the evening and we ordered burgers and coke..i passed the fries..just ate burger with 1/2 glass of regular coke..and now i am having cramps in my stomach:|
 
had a slice of bread with one tsp peanut butter with a cup of tea
later snacked on 4 apricots and 6 cherries
my hunger is disapeared:(
i want to eat more but not feeling hungry at all!!
 
thanks she,my kid keeps me busy alot ..and i sometimes forget to eat:p
 
had 100grams of rice with egg plant and potatoe curry for dinner..and i have cramps.....it really hurts my stomach:(
 
I haven't had curry, but I've had cous-cous and that I didn't care for. That supper does sound good. The only eggplant I have tried was fried and I liked that. Remember now is the time that you'll gain all the weight back since you ditched Atkins. Don't over eat and exercise and then maybe you won't gain it back.

Really? I like couscous, and not just because it sounds dirty. Curry though is again, more toward Indian cuisine, so I'm not sure you'll like it.

Sadie - just keep following a good nutritious food plan and keep working out and you should be ok.
 
so the pack i bought yesterday is gone already and no more ciggies for ms sadie..
yup another try (for good)
since someone told me that i wont be able to see much benefits of exercising if i smoke so i am pretty convinced to quit now...
will report daily how it goes..but this time i am commmited
I WILL DO IT!!!!!!
