Hi! I am new to this forum - this is my very first post!
Please bear with me whilst I find my way around...
I had my second child 8 months ago. I put on an indulgent 46 lbs (although 10.5 of them was pure baby!). I have managed to lose all the weight I put on during pregnancy and a few pounds more, but I was overweight to begin with so I still have more to lose. I aim to get down to about 145 lbs.
It is really important to me that my kids grow up with a healthy attitude to food and I do not want to follow any strict diets as we all eat together. I will just reduce my portion sizes and cut down on snacks, and try to get more exercise. I will try to weigh in weekly and track my progress here.
I haven't been less than 155 for as long as I can remember, but you only live once and this time I really want to get down to my ideal weight. I hope you will all cheer me on on my journey!
