Trying to get started back with counting "Weight Watchers" points, but this time I am not counting my fruits and vegetables. I ate good today! I may have went a little over this time, but I have loss two pounds since I started, two days ago. I weight 160. I have had 38oz of water and 1 7up today. I just started back eating good yesterday. I have been sick with a throat infection and ear ache.


1 Plain pop tart, 1 cup of coffee (1/2 the decaf)

1 banana


1 can of chicken noodle soup with crackers

1 cup of jello with fruit


6 bite size cornbread filters with corn and onions in them,

smile cup of milk


1/2 cup spaghetti with sauce

2 slices of garlic toast

1 banana


crackers, 1 babybel cheese with a 1/2 cup of green grapes.


Maybe 2 points over this time.

1 can Camp bell's Healthy Request Chicken Noodle soup
with 8 reg saltine crackers.

1 flesh strawberry

11 points left....for supper I plan to have this

1 rib eye steak
1 sweet potato with little crock butter and Cinn.
Thai stir fry vegetables from Walmarts with soy sauce
1 brown and serve Roll

Later I may have an apple or grapes or jello with fruit.

Eating well when you are sick os so difficult, so good for you for trying, despite the sore throat and the earache.


Your food sounds very yummy! Sometimes these diaries make me hungry instead of motivating me... I mean they still motivate me so much, but reading about other people's amazing lunches and dinners, just makes me want some lunch or dinner too.

I never go on a crash diet! I believe one should always eat healthy, and as long as I stick to three meals a day (portion size) with counting Weight Watchers points, I always get my weight back down. I don't go to Weight Watchers anymore, I do it on my own. I know about how many points it cost me for my food and I stick with it. I weighted 158.8 today, my weigh is slowly coming down, but it took me getting sick to start again. I am going to try my best and keep this up. If I can do it anyone can!

I am feeling much better today and I took my last medicine today. My throat is not hurting now, but I still cough and have a tickle in my ear still yet and have little chest pains. I still can't talk real good, but I am feeling fine. I hope I can keep this up and help you with your motivation. Try eating three small meals a day and have 3 fruits and two vegetables a day. This would keep you from getting so hungry! Try one of my meal days and see what happens. But don't eat after 6! You can do this. I had one diet 7up today.

I weighed myself this morning without clothes to be accurate with my weight, because clothes weigh different. My weight is 158.2 without clothes, I have lost about 6.6 pounds in the last few weeks. The most part is because I was sick! Now I am ready to stick to the commitment of getting my weight down to at lest 150 again, so I can feel better and look a little better in my size 10's which I cannot wear at the time, lol. With a thyroid problem it is very easy to slip and be over weight and into the next size before you realize you have gotten bigger and into the next size jeans again.


I need to get started exercising every day, I plan to keep it simple using a walk at home DVD, same as last year and then walk outside when it gets nice outside. The last threes nights I exercised before going to bed, an exercise routine that I made up for myself. It looks like I am back in the game and can do this once again.

I started my walking with Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD. 25 minutes; 5 minutes warm up, 15 minutes of aerobic walking, and 5 minutes cool down. Pretty tired, and my back hurts, but it went well.


My doctor's Secretary called and canceled my appointment for the third time. I guess I need to have a talk with my doctor or find a new one. I am doing well, but I still get those little chest pains and my throat hurts when I swallow, and my ears still tickles and itch. I guess I should be patience! I have been eating good for three days now, and I am beginning to exercise.

Hi Top, yep I am doing good this time around! I weigh 157.6 today. I did 25 minutes of walking at home today, (5 minute warmup, 15 minutes "Sculpt Your Arms" 5 minute cool down. Will be doing 10 minutes of my made up routine.:seeya:

My weight is 161.8 with T shoes, jeans, and sweat shirt. That is Good! When I was at the doctors office I was 167 with shoes and clothes.:hurray:hooray for me! I have had my shower for today and I fixed my hair, I need to put on a little make up. But first things first, I need a cup of coffee to get me going. I am going to try and get out of the house today. I have been in for all most two weeks. I think I will go see what "Good Will" has in new today, I found a nice outfit, before I got sick. And I may go see what kind of sales Goody's have today, we don't have many stores where I live, I could go to WalMarts.

I did 25 minutes of exercise, (5 minute warm ups, 15 minutes aerobic walk at home DVD, [Slim Your Legs], and 5 minutes cool down). This one was very hard for me to do this time: squats, and lunges. I didn't think I was going to get through it but I did, hooray for me.

I went out today and when I came home I slept for about an hour, it was beautiful out today.
 
I love the Lesley Sansone DVDs!! I have a Walk-Kick one that does intervals between her walking routine and easy kickboxing moves. It is really fun ... you should check it out!
 
laineycakes, I will check this out the next time I go to Walmarts, they have two others that I don't have. The walking DVD is a good work out.:seeya:

Exercise 25 minutes: 5 minute warm up, 15 minutes walk at home DVD (Trim Your Tummy), and 5 minutes cool down and 10 minutes routine that I made up for me.

I walked with the walk at home DVD: 5 minutes warmup and 15 minutes Speed walk. I also went walking outside today, it was so nice out. I walked 35 minutes outside with my little dog.

Well I forgot to weight myself yesterday and I didn't count points yesterday, so all new start this week. I weight 164.4 with shoes on, I am up 2 pounds.


Exercise with the walking DVD 40 minutes: 5 minute warm up, 15 minute Classic Walk, 15 minute Sculpt Your Arms, and 5 minutes Cool Down.

Hey Anna :) Glad to see you're still sticking with food logging--Wish I'd stuck with it! Wouldn't be back here with all my weight regained if I had! Anyway--I'll pop in a see how you're doing next time I log on! Nice to see some faces I recognise :)
 
Hi Sunflower, it is hard for me as all the rest on here. I was doing good, but couldn't stick with it. I guess I will be over weight this Spring and Summer, if I don't change pretty soon. I am still walking two or three times a week. But just can't seem to get back to a routine of counting points and exercising.

I have been trying to get my Spring cleaning done. So far we have wash down the walls in one bedroom, the living room, and my kitchen. I still have a bedroom, wash room, and two bath rooms to go and I have a lot of cabinets to clean out. Then went Spring gets here I will have the outside to worry about. lol Don't you just love Spring cleaning!


I hope everyone is well and didn't get hit by tornado's! We had warning where I live and it was bad in some areas, a little girl was killed not too far from here, because of the tornado. And I notice yesterday when I took a walk, a lot of tree tops were missing, it looked like deers ate the tops. I guess it was closer to our trailer then what I thought, lol. We had 9 minutes to leave the trailer when they gave the tornado warning and we tried to leave and get to a shelter, but tornado warning were all around us, so we came back home. My home town, where I grew up was destroyed when we had the tornado's warnings and a lot of people had to go to shelters to sleep and many were without electricity and without water.
