yeah im just totally like getting back into my self...
and im loving using organic things on my body.
i have also started using oatmeal when im in the shower
on my skin... it makes it sooooo baby bum smooth =D

hehe yeah im not a big fan of guys dying their hair.
sooo good for you FG =D

hmmm eventually i would like to take yoga.
but for the moment its all about... cardio for me

in a month or two it will be strength training
and then finally flexibility. =D
im happy being able to touch my toes for the moment.

Hahhhhhh, that reminds me of a time. When I was younger, I dunno maybe 13, me and a girlfriend decided to make a face mask from this recipe we found in a magazine. It was an oatmeal mask. Well, we didn't have any oatmeal and thought the next best thing would be cream of wheat. lol, so we start putting this concoction on our faces and it's all nasty and chuckny and JUST NOT WORKING. My mom came in, laughed her ass off and took pictures of it, now we use the pics to blackmail eachother - and of course for a good laugh.

I would love to start Yoga too... for some reason I always have "phases" of yoga...I can never do it regularly! (May be it's something to do with the fact that in school we were forced to do yoga at 5:00 AM every freakin day)

yeah... yoga is pretty intense...
and at 5 am?!? 0___o not fun!

i like pilates pretty well also...

omgosh... i have to get off my bum... im starting to get cramps... and im thinking since the fever is gone i should be okay to workout... just have a mild case of sniffles... and my throat is a bit sore... ohhh and the coughing -_-" but i cant sit around any longer... i dont want to be forced to take pms tablets to control the cramping. hehe sooo off i go to walk... im aiming for at least 5 miles... hopefully! ^^
 
monday the 23rd will be exactly 6 weeks since i began my lifestyle change^^ and you know what i would really like to do before then and now???? lose 1.5 pounds... that would be amazing because then i can say in 6 weeks i lost 20 pounds without fad dieting... it was all about eating well and exercising... i am hoping TOM will be finished torturing me... my dad said i can do it! its nice to have people believe in me =D because they know its not another crazy angelica diet... ^^ much love everyone!

haha i still feel a bit low... but im trying... and you know me and my obsessive scale hopping in the mornings... i got on and guess what?! just a pound away from 20!!! hehe i forgot... you can lose weight just from eating well... xD if only i had some daggum fiber i would be even lower... im about to go and dishevel the cupboards looking for fibrous foods... whenever i get hungry that is...

ahhh booger is soooo cute... she slept on my floor last night and has managed to steal my comforter... shes wrapped up in a little cocoon and is soooo snug... (she also has a cold) we are both just sniffles and coughs.

soooo we are going to try this again.... lets see how many miles i can manage today xD

hmmm i ate a bunch of turnips sooo hopefully its... fiber fiber fiber!!! =D soo i will hit that mark. hehe trying to sleep now.

and thanks kc! i am definitely taking the advice! i dont want to overdo it.
