omg if u ever want to eat dessert, u should try jello. ponly 10 calorse per serving. or i found these 100 calorie ice cream sandwiches in the shape of a circle. SO GOOD. ill have it when i think ive been working hard and deserve one ;]

MMMM, Lux those 100 calorie ice creams sammaches are of interest to me. What brand makes them...I'll have to look in the grocery store for them tomorrow.

i have a new favourite way to get my 5 miles in... during the like hour long diet/weight loss shows lol... motivation =P

i dont even want to talk about what happened last night with me and food -_-" it was bad... i need to start saying no to my mom when she comes up with these crazy horrible idea foods D:

My hubs talked me into making brownies a few days ago. I have to tell you over a month of no really bad foods I ate like 6 smalls ones. I didnt even feel bad because I have been working so hard. Sometimes we need junk food. Just not all the time. Tell your mom that you will make a heathy snack with her next time!:lurk5:
 
thanks lea^^ actually =P this is supposed to be her last few days of being bad with foods... on february 1st i am taking over the meal plans and making her foods from now on =D i am really excited... i want us to both become healthier... her 20th anniversary with my dad is coming up in october... and i really would love for her to be confident and wear something extra special for him... she wants to surprise him with a renewal of their vows.

1 cup organic no fat vanilla yogurt - 170 calories
as much ice as you desire =D
TOTAL = 420 calories / 3 = 140 calories for delectable happiness!!!

1130-140=990 calories

hehe i was starving =P now i am finished.. and its time to work on dinner^^^^^^ woooh!! i feel sooo good! good food and exercise... are a key ingredient to a long happy life of fulfillment =D

take a moment today for yourself to just think of what a wonderful person you are, slim or not... you are worth it<3

dinner was an overall success, only my brother and mom were home to try it but they liked it... im glad i can make something that is good for them^^ and im not sure that i want to eat anything else... after the situation yesterday... x__X but then i worry about being sooo far below my calories that it might make me sluggish -_-" hmm... i will think of something full of fiber. =D

alta- thanks for the cheering on! mmm...i use either a pedometer and go walking or i use leslie sansone's walking video. =P just depends on the weather^^

When I was on the South Beach diet, they had the neatest recipes, some I wouldnt mind doing again. But I wouldnt go back on the diet.

i took a culinary arts class back in germany... but because i didnt have control of what we were setting on the table it was hard to make sure it was healthy... like my parents love to fry the veggies that my dad grew in the garden D: -_-" >_< such a waste!

ahhh i am totally digging my blender and the juicer and the scale!!!! sooo awesome!!!

omg isnt it great?! i love the juicer too. have u tried cleaning it yet? I love juicing but cleaning it after is such a pain for me. :(

you have to try my green shake.. the taste grows on you but it gives you a lot of energy in the morning and supresses your appetite... its 2 ounces of each eggplant, cucumber, relish and celery and then about 2 or 3 cups of water to make it smooth.... at first I was like what is this?? but it's cool It's grown on me.. now I promote it.. maybe I will patent it..:smilielol5::smilielol5:

you can add more milk if you like it less thick. not very many more calories if you add it in! :) 154 and it makes about 2 cups!! :) wooo. so gooooddd
