HEYYY HUN! oh my gosh im sorry ive been such a bad friend! i feel like i havent stopped at anyones journals at all this past week or two. im so glad to see you doing well though! and i hope youre having FUN with the challenge! youre seriously losing the weight sooo quickkly. i might have to step up my game before you pass me up! :) :) anyway i hope you have an amazingggg weekendddd and keep up all that momentum! you are FABULOUS!
 
hehe FG and motherof2.... i weigh in neck'd... my clothes and shoes and jewelry arent adding anything... heck i would even take off my hair... if that was possible xD just to get the number as low and accurate as possible >=D

luxy - your not a bad friend =P just a busy friend! and such a motivation... once i get to 185 i will start copying everything you did xD LMFAO! sooo i can see 140s in 3 months or sooo! =P hehe!

It is damn hard...I go to boot cmap and that Jillian knocks me on my ass with that work out! Weights arent my strong suite...I can get through the work out but I whine through it:D

you know i finally just sat down with some 3 pound weights... and did an upper body workout... no stopping while i watched some comedian... i think that worked for me...

kc - omgosh i had no idea you were a chef?!? mmm chicken with broccoli and pasta with a cheesy sauce... now that sounds scrumptious! i need to start figuring out all the nifty little ways to cheat myself out of extra calories but feel fuller... mmm like... applesauce instead of butter or something in cakes... 0__0???
Hey Ang, yeah I am a qualified chef but I havent worked in a kitchen for maybe 4-5 years now. I cant see myself working in a kitchen again. Its just not in my heart anymore, though I still enjoy cooking, just in my own kitchen!
You can find lots of low fat cake recipes, you just have to look!!

My scale is in my bathroom...so I weigh before I get in the shower...I make sure I take off my ring, my glasses...and I wear one of those rubber bracelets --ya know that support a cause (mine cause is no drunk driving)...it probably doesnt even weigh an ounce...but it is like mental attitude....Last week at weight watchers I stepped on the scale and had my arms crossed...they told me to uncross them because it makes you weigh less...I came home and tried it...my scale didnt weigh any differently..so I call bullshit on that one....
 
you look pretty in your photie!! you look like you have a lovely figure too!! are you now just trying to maintain your weight?? or do you want to lose??

kc - hehe i took a culinary arts class once upon a time. and completely loved it... we fooled around with low fat recipes as well as vegetarian recipes.

karebare - =D lmao! yeah i wonder if there are certain ways you can stand that will alter the scale... i cant tell on my scale because its sooooo retarded that it fluctuates a bajillion times. =T but i dont have the funds atm to buy a new one.

baglady - ^^ thanks for the compliment... i have a pretty good appearance of an hourglass shape... ahaha who knows if i actually measure out as one... i have quite a bit to lose though D: but its happening... slowly but surely!

hmmm... today is 5 months for me and my bf... i didnt realize it till i looked at the calendar. he did send me a short reply on myspace... which makes me feel better... but he hasnt explained anything... =T LOL... sooo im pretty much guessing he is grounded. i am having a major problem with my scale... haha... i have no clue what i weigh today... i weighed with my clothes on... took them off and weighed even more than with them xD lol... no fun at all =P
 
Haha I always lose every bit of clothing when I weigh in too... And sometimes wish my hair comes off too lol thats funny.. And good job w the upper body work out!! I've been majoring slacking w my exercise!! I used to do at least 2 hours a day and now its 0.. I need to get that in check!!
 
It sucks that your boyfriend hasn't gotten in touch with you. How old are you?

Scales are weird things.... they are all messed up. lol.

Keep it up! :D I'm proud of you, going up 2 miles in such a short time. I'm still a wimp when it comes to cardio. Haha.:hurray:

bmohearn - i am 18 and he is 17 =P haha i dont know... my skinny mini sister got on the scale... and after that is stopped fluctuating xD LOL!

fat kat - heheheh omgosh... i love cardio! its the strength training i hate D: ... but once i get down to the 150s i intend to start jogging and eventually running =D

buckeye - thanks alot, 5 months is an accomplishment for me... i am not good with longterm at ALL ... haha not that being 18 means i have alot of experience!

michelley - i lost 3 pounds =D i hope we can reach our goal for the challenge... ive started working out harder... again... instead of slacking off... haha...
