I've been overweight all my life, I've been bullied by people in my school and my family. Everytime I lose some weight I sometimes think I'm not doing it for me but for other people. So I stop because I'm not pleasing myself but others.
I HATE the indirect comments I get often for example I don't want to be THAT fat then they look at me. *snarl*
I want to lose weight once and for all before I go university in autumn.
I also want to loose weight so I can be confident, my self esteem and self confidence is probably at a -20. My mother has once said to me that she doesn't want to be my mum because I'm tooo fat and she probably doesn't mind if I die. Imagine what that does to 14 year old's confidence!
I also want to look good in clothes, I'm tired of people telling me if you lose just a bit of weight then....
Also my best friend is a size 8 (UK) tall and beautiful (extremely)
Imagine standing next to that, with my 196lb, 5"4 self.
If I document my weight loss then I may actually reach my goal of 126lb (57kg). 70lb weight loss! Wowzie!
I don't know what my time goal is but by the end of this year I want to lose 30lb!
I've got a wedding coming up in 2 weeks and a mini reunion, I want to lose around 7lbs by then.
I've also decided to become a vegan. Hopefully by September 5th I will have become a fully fledged vegan. I'm allergic to eggs, dairy and nuts so I thought I might as well just become one. Also it will aid with my weight loss, make me healthy and I will be protecting the environment and preventing animal cruelty.
