Haha yea, im pretty happy I have managed to withstand my soda cravings. Having plenty of accessable water nearby has helped tremendously. I went from literally 4-6 sodas per day (ack) to zero, zilch, nada. I know my body is happy with me. It just goes to show you that you CAN accomplish anything you put your mind to.
Headed to the gym last night after BL with the full intention of doing my chest str training. Instead, spent the next hour playing racquetball. It was a LOT of fun, and I think I found a new sport I'm going to try and tie in with my regular cardio.
Weigh in this morning shows 303.00. I know ive been floating around this range, but im confident I will only go down from here.

An hour later (8:45ish?) Im finally sitting down to eat. Given my freakishly long day, (due to getting up at 2AM (see prev post)) at this point im drained, so I collapse in bed at 10:15. BUT at least my sleep is back on schedule.
