That's an insanely large loss in less than two weeks! Nice work, personally I would recommend trying to slow it down a little in terms of it really being healthy to aim for 1% of your body weight per week (based mostly on broad reading and research of this topic)- though as you've pointed out you will probably see it reduce in the weeks and months ahead, I also experienced my largest drops in the first couple of weeks. I really agree with you on this and trust me, I'm not taking drastic measures as far as I'm concerned it just seems to be falling off me. I'm finding a good target for daily intake and stick to that. In the past I've never seen this kind of rapid loss up front.
If it doesn't slow down soon should I be at all concerned or just go with it if I feel good?
