Day 70
Feel like I am losing a little bit of motivation so I'm going to try and come on here every day for the next 15 days and answer the questions I found in someone else's blog each day, one question a day. If I can stick to my diet and exercise for the 15 days I should be able to see a bit more difference in the scales/way I am feeling and be back into the swing of it...plus be a bit closer to my goal! I have been sworn off alcohol since the 5th November which hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be haha, but my friends' wedding is on the 18th February and I hope to be able to drink again by then. I need to get under 66kgs (145.5 pounds) to be allowed to drink again (one of my "rewards"
) which is another 10 pounds but with 5 weeks to go, I should be able to just make it in time if I am disciplined enough...hence the questions!
