I need to list the anatomical movements involved in basic exercises such as Squat, Shoulder press and bench press, lat pull down, shoulders shrug
can anybody help?
this is what I ame up for Bench Press:
Elbow abduction/extension
Shoulder Horizontal flexion
Elbow Adduction/flexion
Shoulder horizontal extension
Shoulder Press:
Shoulder abduction
Shoulder adduction
elbow abduction / extension
Shoulder abduction
Shoulder adduction
elbow adduction / flexion
Lat Pull Down:
Shoulder abduction
elbow adduction / flexion
Shoulder adduction
Shoulder abduction
elbow abduction / extension
Shoulder adduction
Would anyone confirm me is this is right?
Also I'm goin to try to do the Squat and shoulder shrug now..
