It was funny in retrospect, but at the time there weren't many people in the gym and I didn't know what he was going to do or if it'd involve me. And I get a bit thrown when people do things outside of what I would've predicted (I think it's the Asperger's).
Pelvic thrusts? Wow, that is weird (and potentially something that would disturb me to the point of upsetting me). The only weird thing I've seen in my gym apart from that episode is guys grunting horribly when they lift weights (I think most of them do it for the attention- they look like they're lifting 7.5-10kg. Dude, I'm standing here lifting 5, you do not impress me), and the ones who persist in staring at me/ attempting to engage in awkward hitting on type conversation even after they've seen me with what is completely obviously my boyfriend (but that's just annoying- get on with it or get off the equipment/ GTFO).
I'm really tired at the moment, more so than usual. The weight training was really good, and I'm hoping it'll send me into a deep, much needed slumber tonight.

Breakfast: (experimenting, an attempt to get protein up without sending calories sky high) 35g oats with 105ml milk and 245ml water, 20g blueberries, 40g raspberries, 136g yoghurt, and a dash of cinnamon.
Subtotal: 256 calories, 15g protein (better calorie/ protein ratio I think), 41g carbs, 3g fat. 24/64/11
Pre/ post gym snacks: 2 rice cakes, one with 7g peanut butter and the other with 4g Vegemite, 91g nectarine, and 267ml ice tea concentrate. After the gym, Graze fruit squash (dried mango and blueberries with pumpkin seeds).
Subtotal: 324 calories, 10g protein, 40g carbs, 13g fat

Dessert: 91g Cox apple and 76g plum, steamed, with 91g strawberries, 80g blueberries, 121g yoghurt and a dash of cinnamon. 8g chocolate.
