Amy's Journal

fortyfour, I don't think I'm the Amy you know. I joined several years ago, but I don't recall posting. Nice to meet you, though. :)

Thanks, SageJaguar!

239.4

B: None

L: Classic Roast Beef sandwich, value size curly fries, packet of Horsey sauce and ketchup (Arby's)

D: Bag of Popcorn, Crystal Light Lemonade

E: None (unless chasing my kids around Chuck E Cheese for 3 hours counts...ugh)

Well this day hasn't exactly been a nutrition winner, but I did pass on the greasy pizza, cake and ice cream. One more meal prepared by someone else this weekend then it's back to regularly scheduled programming. We're having lunch with my husband's grandparents tomorrow but I should be good by just controlling portions.

Hi Morby oh. lol. sorry for the misunderstanding. I had thought it was teh same journal as amy's i guess i didn't think about it too much. Sorry for the bother.

I feel so bloated from salt and not eating as I usually do. I'm glad the weekend is over.

240.8

B: Yogurt

L: Salad with grilled chicken, feta, pecans, dried cranberries and Italian dressing, a pear

D: Fajita chicken salad with corn, black beans, salsa and a small amount of Ranch dressing

E: 40 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes walked track

It feels good to be back to eating healthy. Counting on the scale going back down tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure salt was my main food group this weekend and I'm paying for it. Why does weigh-in day have to be tomorrow?

If I can just make it back to 239.8, I'll be happy. My goal by the end of January was to be in the 230's.

Good job slogging off that salt weight (why do the call it water? It's not the waters fault). Yay for sub 240 and getting to your goal!

Stayed home with a sick kiddos today, but still managed to make it to the gym. Yay!

Oldschool, I've been putting my food into Sparkpeople and my calories have averaged around 1,100 each day. You had asked me a few weeks ago and I was curious myself.
