I was just catching up on the two pages here so far, and you're doing so great! You do need more food. Well, healthy food.
Have you checked out Fitday or Sparkpeople yet? They have great (and delicious) menu plans you can follow (or adapt).
I'm sorry you're getting so frustrated with the scale not budging, but don't give up. Have you taken measurements yet? That's also a great way to see change, when the scale's not moving.
