Way to go! I bet if you include those snacks, like a piece of fruit or some veggis you'll see an even greater drop! Keep it up, girl!
 
*sigh* my schedule has been SOOO messed up... I get up at 9, and stay up until 2 or 3 - so i know my body doesn't quite know when the right time to eat is... that's been some of my problem with snacks.... and why a late night snack at midnight doesn't seem like a huge problem (since i didn't go to bed for another 3 hours!)

anyways... monday is a new schedule, and i'm really looking forward to it...

I thought we were going out for a late breakfast/early lunch w/ pancakes and what not... but then we decided not too... so it's 1pm already - and i haven't eaten anything =( except for a cookie =(

bleh - i had a bad day as far as healthy lifestyles go... i blame it on my fiancee... stupid head! =) lol... no - i need to own up and take some personal responsibility for that one... and then get back with it tomorrow!!!!

I had a really long day today.... i work at a church - and i was there at 8am for our first service, stayed all day preparing for our special monthly evening worship, and got home at about 8:15pm... bleh... i'm exhausted, and even though i didn't "workout" today - i feel like i way exerted myself.

I start my new internship tomorrow... and i'm really nervous and excited all at the same time! but i really feel like i want to just go to bed right now, even though its only 9pm to make sure i'm fresh... my fiancee is playing computer games though and it's going to keep me up =(

well... weigh-in this morning was 137 =( I'm sure it's still leftovers from that pizza on Saturday - i haven't had time to exercise to work it off yet... and unless I go right now (it's 85 and HOT out) i won't have a chance later tonight...

Hi teammate! Wow, you're doing so well! Thanks for letting me know you were able to get down from 172, it's encouraging for me. :) Also that "Pants Diary" and that you fit into a 4! I would lovelovelove to be under size 12. I'm shooting for size 8. We shall see!
