lol... love ur little rant, reminds me of me. most people are updating their tickrs so aften, and i'm just stuck! its irritating... but i remember one thing, and thats what is keeping me going.
around 5 yrs back, me and a friend of mine were trying to lose weight together. we used to wake up at 6am so we could squeeze in 1 2.5-3 km walk before school. then in the evening, we'd cycle another 6 kms to and fro our tuition classes. and of course, we ate healthy.
within a few weeks, my friend reported that she had lost some 3-4 kgs(we were both of similar weight, though she was a little shorter), and i just kept getting discouraged, kept checking my weight everyday; but since my cousin's wedding was 2 months away, i didn't dare give up.
a few days later, when i checked my weight again, i was SHOCKED! i had dropped 6kgs almost overnight. i checked my weight repeatedly overthe next few days to make sure i wasn't dreaming... and i wasn't
so maybe, this time around, we're working that way
