Have you worked out how many calories you need and how many calories you are eating each day ?
yes I am in probably 5 different places
the average considering age, sex, height, weight say that what I should eat to maintain my weight is
1936-1980 Calories/day
and
1549 Calories/day - 1400 cals to lose weight.
they all show the extreme weight loss calorie intake, in 1200. ouch that is probably what I am eating
