Okay, so i have a meal plan pre set up for today. Everything is together ready to grab and throw together. =D It is as follows

Stay positive!!! I eat when I stress out too so as long as we know our problem maybe you can have positive snacks around you and it will be so much easier.. Losing weight is hard but life is hard so it aint any harder. We will be faced with a lot of challenges and regardless at end of story we have to find a solution..:cheers2:

I'm so happy that at such a young age your doing this.. good for you and not buying those french fries.. your right just trade them with healthy snacks.. so is everything going good?? and regardless when your sister moves she will still be around and you will be able to visit and talk to her..

I only have one sister and I know how it feels when there gone from living with you. But its' ok that is what life is about.. you take care girly and keep in touch..:biggrinjester:
