Am I There Yet?

I didn't have anything for breakfast because I was a bit nervous before going to the gym... it is always so intimidating to me the first couple of times. We did about 20 minutes cardio and then 20 minutes weights... and oh I'm feeling every bit of it every time I take my dogs out and have to go down and then back upstairs. For lunch I had rice with veggies and I'll have the left overs for dinner. I just had to have something sweet and went for a DrPepper but at least I had enough water during the day - now I'm just tired. We'll go about four times a week to the gym, so next time we'll go will be Tuesday after my fiance comes home from work.
 
My morning coffee is brewing as I'm typing, I'm researching my entire shopping list to make sure it's all healthy food. I no longer drink milk or sugar with my coffee, I sometimes use a tbsp. pure cocoa. I'm vegetarian but I try to avoid eating animal products as good as I can, if I have to I'm ok with cheese or fish... and if need to be sinned ;) a bit of chocolate is ok too. I haven't had chocolate for a little over a month but yesterday I had an uncontrollably craving for dark chocolate and I gave in. I think I may try the master cleanse diet but I don't see how no food at all is going to work because I'm afraid that I'll pig out. I may do it for 3-5 days at a time every two months... something like that sounds like a plan.
After the work out yesterday I thought I was going to be more sore than I actually am... I feel pretty good. I guess not 'over doing' it the first couple of times is a big factor.
