Cheers for your comments, iv decided im gonna carry on as i am but train more than 4 days a week. Im gonna stick to this for about 6 months - and if im not satisfied with any progression i might change to FBW's.
BTW is that what you people do? FBW's?
Well many people have many different workout routines dont they, and there will be many workout routines which get you the results,
so for now ima jus stick with what im doin as im satisfied and am seein results, cheers ppl![]()
Lol ^^ Yea im in it to get optimal results and believe it will as im training how iv been told to train by people in the gym, my mate trains with someone who used to do comp's and i get the advice off him

Ok. You can train how ever you want. But DON'T think that how huge those you get your advice from matters. If you do the same training program as Arnold did or Ronnie does now. You'd f'in DIE
