Wanting to get feedback of the foods i eat through out the day. 1. Morning 8 am or so I start with two eggs and sausage or bacon, and glass of milk. 2. snack around eleven or so of non fat yogurt and raw nuts/dry unsweeten fruit/a piece of dice apple. 3. around one thirty or so raw vegetable salad and green lettuce w/balsamic vinegar or olive oil. 4. around three thirty or ham or turkey w/cheese roll up or four onzes of salmon or chicken breast. some times lean steadk. around five or so a banana or some type of fruit. Then hit the gym for cardio/light weights for an hour or two. 5. Whey protein shake. 6. an hour or so after protein shake light dinner fish/or chicken breast or lean beef. I work out hard at least four if not more a week. Suggestions, concerns, advise? Thank you
