Good morning, Brian. Sorry your day started out so nasty. It's bound to improve. :D I'm here . . . that should brighten your day right there! :p

How true, how true. Good morning sunshine:D

The irony is that this is the kind of shit I live for, I love confrentation and the struggle to get things done- the only real bad thing is that I do not know if the darn thing will be delivered, that and getting up a 4 because of it.
If it gets delivered and installed today all is good.:D

You - confrontational? Surely not. :p I hope it does get resolved. Someone is bound to have Mr. Receiving Manager beaten. My guess is it will be his immediate boss. :D

Shocking I know:p

Unfortunately in the land of the orange box this will end up being our- read, MY- fault somehow. Orange protects orange.

Sucks but that is the way it is sometimes.

I'm by no means an expert, but all of that in the same day would appear (to me, at least) to be too much.

Flat bench, deadlifts and squats are all incredibly intensive compound movements that really wear the body out. So much so that it probably affects your progress in the successive lifts.

Those 3 lifts are lifts you want to do as clean as possible and with your full capacity and I don't know that you can perform a squat at full capacity after 3 sets of bench and 3 sets of deads.

Just my $0.02. Regardless, enjoy your favourite lift day!

Ah input.:)
I felt that too but I have resigned to this being my heavy day.
I may lose a little intensity on the overhead press and deads but I am still concentrating on form for squats and deads and not so much weight.
My other thought is that they use different muscle groups each exercise.
Thanks for the input- give and take and critque is always appreciated.
:D

Edit- after looking at what Steve suggested to me earlier this month you are 100% correct fish. I need to alter this a bit. I am trying to do too much in one day.
Thanks man.

Not a good morning but with you an Angela here now it is taking an upturn to adequate.:)

I am far more than adequate...I am STELLAR...you WILL appreciate the light I bring to your life or I WILL fly out there for a proper butt-kicking :D

It's pretty comical how we seem to carry on totally different conversations at the same time. We really should be compensated for our entertainment value.

I KNOW - I keep telling people that an no one is coming forward with offers of cash or trips...I mean really, do they know how boring it would all be if we weren't here?

So-
Had a really good session last night in the gym. I was able to rep 205 on the bench a solid 4 times with no spotter and deadlift 225 x 5. Both a personal bests. I know I looked like an idiot but I practiced my squat form also with a whopping 95lbs on the bar. I need to get this form down- it is very important to me to increase my range of motion and to be able to do a complete, deep squat. After I left the power rack 2 kids came in and 'squatted'. They were doing 1/2 squats at best and kept throwing more weight on the bar. I wanted to go up to them and give them lessons and tell them the weight on the bar only matters if the form is good... I did not- oh well.
I am not hurting today so I di something right.:)
After the weight I went on the arc trainer for 45 at interval 6. Kept to the plan to keep the strides per minute at 110 at the hard interval and 125 at the easy- it worked and did not tire me out as quickly as previous. I have good endurance but I need to build into it sometimes.
All in all a good workout.
The crap from yesterday morning was resolved and all is well with the world.
I slept well, am off today- have errands to run for a few hours later this morning- but really all is good.
I am finding a good place in life now, I think.

Anyway-
Good morning to whomever reads this.:)
