As for the scale, I try to stay away but that is just b/c I am a neurotic mess about it and it was making me crazy...I think it is better (for me) to use it as a tracking device instead of the be-all, end-all, you know?
By the way- and I just noticed it as I am Observant Man- how the heck is your BMI so frickin high Ali?
You do not look anywhere near a 32 BMI. I personally hate BMI as a stat but good lord is yours incredibly inaccurate IMO.
So I am going to try 2 weeks with no scale and no calorie counting.

Good luck with this. I am on my first week of no weighing for a week. EEK it's been hard for me to not get in my birthday suit and crawl on. I still count calories because I continue to under eat when I don't count them.
