It was a good day, I ate well, exercised and other than being a little tired tonight feel pretty good. I did a workout in the morning and an almost 8 km walk this evening. But to be honest the walk was hard, I was feeling pretty tired by the time it was over. I have felt tired more the past few days, maybe I am overdoing the exercise? Perhaps I will do a bit less tomorrow.
