Alee's new way of life!

I hardly post here, but yea- I haven't had much to say lately :p . I am going to set some goals here for reference, what weight I want to be at the end of each month until December, and also set some goals for each day and make sure I meet them, tired of being off track - the past two days I have sucked with everything- If I get out of my routine its so hard to get back into sometimes.

Start Weight - 182

June End Goal: 175 (-7lbs)
July End Goal: 168 ( -7lbs)
August End Goal: 161 ( -7lbs)
September End Goal : 156( -5lbs)
October End Goal: 152( -4lbs)
November End Goal: 148 (-4lbs)
December End Goal: 142 (-6lbs)

I hope to be in the 130-140 range around Christmas for seeing realitives I barely see and them be in shock, thats my main goal :D Oh yea, also money for new clothes is nice as a present.

As for daily exercise goals- I usually get up and walk two miles everyday, except the past two days, I also go to the gym a few days a week with some exercise videos mixed in- so i am going to increase my exercise amount and challenge myself. I will take this day by day and update every night, hopefully saying I did everything. I just need a routine and a plan :)

Saturday May 24th:
* Wake up- Walk 3 miles
* Dance DVD 35 mins
* arm weights
 
I got my hair cut today! Here is a pic. You cant see the back but it is short. I love it.. ( forgive the no bra, and pjs )
 
your hair looks amazing!!! i have mine similar to that now. mines a bit victoria beckamy lol but mines alot thinner cause i have next to no hair hehe.... hope you are having a good weekend! x
