Nuts are a good way to boost calories for the day as is cereal and peanut butter/ Not going to keep lecturing you but find it very hard to read this diary without commenting on how little you're eating. One bite of a protein bar and half a cup of mash just seems obsessive. Why not have a whole cup as you know your calories are so low? Know you want to be "perfect" for your wedding but this seems a step too far.
Anyway, I hope you're having a good day. Sorry for lecturing.
Hi Sunflower! No u aren't lecturing, thanks for looking at my diary. I have decided maybe I will have tofu instead of potatoes..and like u said, I am admit I am being obsessive about my wedding. Hope u are having a good day too
