Hello everyone! My new year's resolution was to lose weight and i stumbled on this site and it seems like a great resource for me to get tips to stay motivated!
Currently:
I am 19 years old, 5'4, 135 pounds. I am only 15 more pounds away from my goal of 120 pounds. I mainly want to lose weight in my stomach and in my legs.
I feel like this is going to be very difficult for me, first of all, because I am an extremely picky eater. And second, because I’m in college and it’s hard to find healthy foods and resist the temptation of all the junk that they serve. The plus side of being in college though, is that I have access to the gym, which I am taking full advantage of.
In the past:
I was doing the weight watchers program on and off for about 3 years and i lost 15 pounds.
Questions:
How much weight do you want to lose?
15 pounds
What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
By June, 5 months
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Working out, being conscious of what I'm eating.
Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
I'm mostly going to rely on this website; I don't really what to tell my friends about my diet.
How realistic is your goal?
I think it’s pretty realistic. There is plenty of time to learn what works and what dosen't.
When will you start?
I actually have already started on Jan. 12th, my first day back to college. Although I have cheated a little bit on the weekends. But since then, I have completely given up diet soda, which I believe is an achievement.

Today's Diet:
2:00 pm – Small Orange & Fruit Cup (160 calories)
3:00 pm – Fruit Loops (200) (no milk)
4:00 pm - Granola Bar (140)
6:00 pm - Fruit Loops (200) (no milk)
8:00 pm – turkey wrap, chips, banana, raspberry tea
I also might have a small snack later
Today's Exercise:
I did half hour on the elliptical machine and burned about 400 calories.
I also did 90 crunches, and 80 bicycle crunches.
And I also stretched for about 10 minutes.

February 20th – 131 Pounds
March 6th -127 Pounds
March 13th - 125 pounds
This Week's Goal: Drink water at dinner.

Oh well. I woke up around 9 because someone sent me a text message thank god. So I rushed in the shower, stopped at the library to print something out, and actually made it to my class 5 minutes early.
Obviously, I didn’t have time for breakfast, so I ate when I got back to my room around 11 after I did some errands.
Since I wasn’t really giving my best effort and still didn't feel good, I decided I would give it 15 more minutes and call it quits. Then like 5 minutes later I got an “I love you” text from my boyfriend
and it inspired me to keep going 
I know its not much but if i didn't have such a big dinner last night, maybe it would have been more? Anyways im excited only 14 more pounds to go.
