*AIM's Progress Pics*

Well Chillen you did it, even though I said I would post progress pics in 2 weeks, I got anxious to post them now! :)

You have made progress packed with personal DYNAMITE:

You have "valuable information inside" and it "dispays itself on the outside".

==========================================================
Aim HIGH!

Aim when you first joined you were SHY and you waved this GOOD-BYE; you became your internal SPY and did not self DENY
Oh MY! What a GUY who has the self SUPPLY to AIM HIGH!

Look at what you have achieved Aim. You have looked inside your heart and your mind, and found your motivation for outward action; you have learned that there is no elevator to success but only a spirial of stairs going against gravity, and you are obviously winning the battle.

The longest journey is the journey inward: If you keep emptying the bank into your head no person can take it away from you..................It's an investment in knowledge that always pays the best interest. :)

Be PROUD AIM, in what you are, who you are, and who you WILL BECOME!

==========================================================

I wanted to see your progress so bad, I was popping these for pete sakes!

Now, there is not much difference which is why I was hesitant to post progress pics, but I honestly do FEEL a difference.

You are the REAL DEAL:

How you FEEL will REVEAL the REAL DEAL. This will push the mental WHEEL and SEAL your goal as REAL. :)

I see the progress, AIM. I see the progress in the torso area. Be PROUD of your self, smile and be happy with all the work you have done, and consider this a step of progress; as one step of many more in your journey to reach the goal you desire. One step at a time. :)

Soon to come: Six Pack Abs! :cool:

I would like to know the training you were doing during the time you were gone. In addition, I want to know the diet you were on. Furthermore, I want to know what you determined your MT Line with activities to be, and what types of deficits you were using.

I think you assist your percentage of success by revealing what you have been doing, and opening up.......just enough to allow US to assist you. There is a WEALTH of knowledgeable people here on the forum who do not get paid for their time nor advice given, and you need to utilize this to your advantage as much as you can.

Therefore, I suggest you begin a diary. I do NOT want you to name it "Viewer Disctretion Advised"---------THIS IS NO LONGER YOU!......even in poking fun.

You can impart your diet and training routine, ask questions, use it as a place to write down your feelings, and this information could be used by myself and others to provide constructive and positive feed back with the purpose to help you and boost your toward the goal you seek, brotha.

I think you need to make some short term and long term goals. These short term goals are stepping blocks toward the long term goals, and will guide you to the ultimate goal at the end of the road.

We can assist you, just give us a chance, my brotha.

Give it some thought, my fine young friend.
==========================================================

Read over this thread, Aim. (I think you will remember it).......take some of it that has any meaning to you and place inward, grab it, hold it, and find the fire that blisters your very being:

And, I want to give you one last thing AIM to think about along our journey:

Time is one of the few things we cannot stop. We can stop all the clocks in our home, we can refuse to wear a watch, we can throw out all the calendars, however, time will continue to tick by.

Time is precious, yet too often we do not use it to our advantage. Nor do we appreciate it. Time cannot be captured and kept until we need it. It is today, this moment. Yesterday is long gone, and there are no guarantees we will see tomorrow. Today is what we have and how we use it determines our appreciation of time.

T....truthful about how you are using your time.
I.....initiative - take it, rather than procrastinate.
M....manage your time, do not waste it.
E.....efficient and effective use of your time will allow you to achieve more than you can imagine.

AIM HIGH and you will BECOME MORE THAN YOU IMAGINE!

Work toward your DREAM; set the THEME for your self ESTEEM; let this TEAM reign SUPREME.

From my heart I wish you success in all that you set out to do,

A mod may have to change the title of the thread, AIM. I just thought it doesnt fit WHO YOU ARE, and asked you to change it for this reason. Its no big deal, really.......you know who you are.......and this is the most important, my friend.

Congrats on your new journal......I will be by your side in your journey, my friend.

I miss him too! Aim, I hope you post to the thread soon, my friend. I hope things are well for you. If you need anything, post it......and I am here if I can help you with anything you made need.

Thinking of you, my dear friend.

Best wishes,

Chillen

I'm at 210, my weight is at a stand still cuz of weight gain in muscle(I think/hope :)) I was 222 my first picture. I lost a total of 12 lbs. since first post. I'm 6'0, so I'm also taller. I'm sure that plays a factor in body shape.

w/e newbie muscle gains are probably over by now, just concentrate on weight loss and continue with the weight lifting.

:newbie: muscle gains? I understand :)

AIMing.......What sup my freind. Been a small while! Great to hear from you again.

Can you tell me what your calories are like, my friend? Have they changed? Has your weight routine changed any? Are you happy with the speed of the weight loss? If not, there are ways to improve it, you know....

HEY! Happy New Year!

Chillen
