*AIM's Progress Pics* 2

http://training.fitness.com/photo-gallery/aim-s-progress-pics-26760.html

That's where I started, and I'm getting back on track :) My weight, as you probably have noticed, has fluctuated...a lot...From the start over here, I as 222, then 212, then back to 220, now I am at 206(the lowest I've been in who knows how long....) I can't beat myself up for not sticking to my routine because we all get a little sidetracked sometimes...I was definitely doing well in the beginning, all the tips and info I acquired from my time on this site. Well, Now I've applied it all, and seem to be running with it, literally ;) I seem to have found a decent program for myself after years of failing...Its never to late to get fit :) Anywayz, for my very first pics, refer to the first link in here, and I am now posting my most recent pics, from when I recently reached 220 and am now at 206. As I've mentioned, I have been sticking to this program for almost 3 weeks now, and seem to be doing great. The only thing I have to work on is getting a better weight training routine in. So here they are, the normal colored ones are 220 :( and the 206 ones are in the yellow pics.

Thanx dude! Today was the breaking point, I put my shoes on :) I still don't want to do cardio on it because it might agitate it. Still gotta lay low for a bit.

I am Back :) So I haven't posted here in a long time, and I just want to update on my progress. I have actually been going to the gym consistently for a while now (I'm at the point if I don't go to the gym in 3 consecutive days, I feel lazy even tired). Even though I still do not have the body to go with the routine, I still feel like I am in better shape than ever. Recently I've been focusing on weights and diet (The diet still needs work and always will) I am hoping to be close to if not under 200 lbs. by the end of this October (10 more days :D)

Wanted to add some number progress: I can bench 165 lbs. now compared to the 115 lbs. I used to.

Is that a good thing? I don't understand the :violent::cheeky: I just haven't posted in a while because of life...I'm a senior in high school, and it seems like homework and college applications = no free time. I'm glad I was able to manage to keep on going to the gym pretty much everyday. Sorry for the delay in posts. It seems like I have to do so much stuff everyday such as :food::car::ironing::animal3::cook:

Good to see you hanging around Aim. Life can get to be almost too much at times. Remember to always take care of yourself no matter how stressful life is. You will be successful because it's obvious you won't quit. Take care, Greg

I agree with everybody here -- you have made progress!

I know that it is difficult for most people to lose weight (especially adipose tissue), and you need to have that stick-to-it-iveness to make it happen.

And more than not, your weight will fluctuate, and you think your body isn't looking much different than it was before, but keep at it and eventually you'll attain your goals :)

Good luck!!!
