That's where I started, and I'm getting back on track
My weight, as you probably have noticed, has fluctuated...a lot...From the start over here, I as 222, then 212, then back to 220, now I am at 206(the lowest I've been in who knows how long....) I can't beat myself up for not sticking to my routine because we all get a little sidetracked sometimes...I was definitely doing well in the beginning, all the tips and info I acquired from my time on this site. Well, Now I've applied it all, and seem to be running with it, literally
I seem to have found a decent program for myself after years of failing...Its never to late to get fit
Anywayz, for my very first pics, refer to the first link in here, and I am now posting my most recent pics, from when I recently reached 220 and am now at 206. As I've mentioned, I have been sticking to this program for almost 3 weeks now, and seem to be doing great. The only thing I have to work on is getting a better weight training routine in. So here they are, the normal colored ones are 220
and the 206 ones are in the yellow pics.
