I've gotta put this all in written, because I need to push myself.
My starting point 164 cm
June/4 Saturday: 71.1 kg jogged: 5.5 km in 47 min
Today:
June/5 Sunday: 71.9 kg.
Yes, I've managed to put on 800 grams. How's that for a weight loss???
We've been with my in-laws to a Moroccan restaurant to celebrate our 15th anniversary. I had been "good" during the day, but the night wasn't "good".
I won't beat myself for it, but I'll try to be weighting less come next Saturday. My strategy is to eat less and try to exercise some. I think I can control myself if I don't shop for sweets (ice creams, chocolates, etc.).
I'll try not to go for second helpings, and third helpings...

I've never been heavier than that in my whole life. My worst had been 71 kg. Sad record to beat...
