I about died... had to reweigh myself... 3 times actually.. then i was like.. "no way... omg Hunny come look at this!!.. no wait don't come look at this.." (i hate him seeing me on a scale! LOL
I was about to die this morning.. 241.2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How am i doing this? I dunno... yesterday morning i was 243.2 and now 2 pounds less (i weighed myself after work i was 241 but i only believe the morning weight). I am just soooo excited i feel like i have lost 500 pounds excited LOL - see it's the little things that make me happy... 2 pounds here... 1/2 pound there!
I just can't believe that sooon.. SOOON i will be under 240! And i really believe that everyone here is to thank for that. No you didn't run and sweat for me.. no you didn't smack me when i thought about stopping at BK for a whopper today (and yes i thought about it... for about an hour! LOL).. but you guys did motivate me and you all have been leaving me words of encouragement and inspiring me through your own diarys... so yes... I have everyone here to thank for that.. and gosh am i ever so pleased. I KNOW it's not like i'm at my goal... and i'm not done by far but it's just amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.
Anyway enough stupid girly crap.. geeze i sound like a pregnant woman >.< (not that there is anything wrong with horomonal driver women.. i'm one.. i love them)
To kick off my FOCUS Challenge i decided to try and switch around meals.. i have doen it before and it was fun... i mean who gets to walk up and have a salad for BREAKFAST! me.. that's who!!! and a yogurt really only fills me up later in the day.. in the morning a yogurt and an apple is liek NOTHING.. I"M HUNGRY!
My husband used to do it on the off season, since he didn't work out as much this way he didn't gain as much.
Basically...
you take your breakfast... you take your Lunch and you take your dinner.. and scramble!
Breakfast now equals Lunch
Lunch now equals Dinner
Dinner now equals Breakfast
So take yesterday, I woke up.. had a nice half chicken sandwich with some carrots and apple slices. It was breakfast time but I had lunch
For Lunch I brought in a small amount of rice, Catfish, Broccoli, and had a side of salad.. it was really filling i didn't even finish it! = DINNER!
Then Dinner I had a Strawberry Yogurt, a Banana and the rest of that apple. =BREAKFAST!
I did have two snacks... the mid morning snacks was some Teddy Grams Oatmeal.. YUM.. and the mid afternoon snack was some Green Peppers and Carrots..
I wasn't hungry at all yesterday and do not allow myself to get hungry.. i eat 3-5 meals a day just smaller meals and space them out so my tummy is never feeling liek it's unwanted.. cause I love my tummy just not all the fat around it
Anyway... My exercising has not changed, well a little but -Wii really, and Wii rocks.. i miss Wii..

can't touch it until Sunday!! ARG!
So only thing I can think of is switching meals.. would that really help me lose weight? I guess it might cause dinner i dont eat late cause i dont have to cook.. usually i eat at liek 7pm this week i've eatten at 5:30.. maybe that is helping?
Anyway i'm just happy to be losing..

and when i'm happy.. umm everyone is? right? oka maybe not.. but i'm STILL happy!!
