Omg this is almost like cheating...

I dunno why but i was sooo not in the mood to eat veges tonight.. .. so i grabbed cucumbers, tomato, broc, colliflower, peppers, onions, and put some pineapples in a frying pan... (i know what?!) use some water and some of the pineapple juice, grabbed spices, shake shake shake shake shake,,

fried up some veges and fruit.. got some fish, baked, cut up in piece and threw it together.. i figured.. okay this si gonna be sooooo gross...

but it's not.. it's sweet.. yummmmmy.. i feel like i'm cheating.. omg.. this is just amazing.. weird that i craved something when i can't even cook lol

okay so i've been sick for about a week. feeling like crap.. hasen't been working out hard.. haven't even wrote down what i was eatting just eatting healthier than pizza and candy.. so i dunno what i weigh... i'm afraid to look! lol i know i probabkly gained.. but now that i'm feeling better i will get it off.. hey at least inches are coming off!!! :) i know,. my shorts dont fIt right anymore lol

Stupid "Body Fat Monitoring" Scale!!!

Okay I have this scale.. I thought it would be awesome because you can save your weight.. put in your height and a goal weight. and when you step on this amazing scale it tells you how much you weight, your Hydrations % and your Body Fat. But i was thinking.. how can a SCALE while you just STAND on give you your Body Fat and your Hydration %. Does that honestly make sense?

Now the hydration thing is usually between 35%-42%. The Body Fat is from 50-51%. I knwo if that is real.. i should probably be dead.. 50% of me is FAT? gosh that is a scarey thought.. i'm HALF FAT.. so i have to take half of me and almosy chop it in half!! wow..


But .. does it work? I mean I did stop for a while posting and starting eatting whatever and not exercising as much.. so i'm bad.. punish me :(

BUT i still walked my little puppy dog, ran with him at the Dog Park and went swimming every weekend. So i wasn't like doing nothing. and okay i gained 6 pounds back... but i didn't gain the whole thing back.. so... i'm only HALF bad, right? lol okay i'm reaching..

Here is what i'm getting at.. even with that small amount of weight loss.. my arms are tighter, my back and upper sides are more defided, my Husband has told me my butt looks rather amazing .. (and you knwo he said COMPARED TO BEFORE?.. ooo dog house... lol).. so with that said when i started witht his scale it said 50.2% was FAT...

today i step on it.. well the second time (this early morning before my peach i didn't even olook at the Body Fat.. )I'm 247 lbs, 37% Hydrated, and 51% body Fat.. how can i have gained Body Fat!?

Maybe i should completely ingore that feature..

but.. now i wanna know.. how do i actually find out my TRUE body Fat?!

ugh.. so many questions.. LOL there's my morning rant.. time for the morning tire my puppy out run :) :)
 
So I foudn this website.. how to calculate yoru Body Fat... not sure if it works but hey can't hurt.. right? lol

The many joys of Wii

I think this game console should be free to anyone that has an BMI that says "overweight". It comes with a Wii Spots which it everything you need on a rainy day i think. The Boxing is just amazing.. and gives youa great work out.. And when i got used to it i now move around and kick in the air just to prove to myself i'm working out.

This game also has Bowling, Tennis, Golf, and Baseball. I know it really will only work out your arms.. but trust me.. when you are done playing you feel so woren out.

It's days like this that I just play Wii, do my Leslie 4 mile Jog and maybe go swimmign if the rain lets up..

I'm not a fan of running in the rain and the fitness room at my apartment complex is always packed when they can't run outside.. so i stay in and still have myself a great work out.

I will vote for the next Pres. that gives out free Wiis to everyone that is overweight... oh and every child.. cause it's good to get them moving.. this way they dont turn into... me.... lol

Yes I'm sorry to say you are right I have exercised a lot.. then quit here for about 2 months.. it burnt me out but aminly because i wasn't having fun. Now my son (yup the dog lol) goes with me on long walks, short runs, we go out and wrestle around, and well Wii is more fun than exercise, and the other times i just use that as exercise time lol.

Food is my downfall I'm afraid if came over and put any time of sweet or chocolate in my face... it'd be gone...

anyway.. sleep.. ugh i need sleep
 
Just a quickly update.. I'm awake.. for real now!! Dog is happily chewing on his little bone I took him out for a short20 minute walk.. mostly him walking me dragging myself lol

I'm not hungry but i should be ? >.< Yesterday I had one sandwich and some Peach tea.. unsweet of course.. yuck but it will grow on me!! lol

So why am i not hungry? does this make sense? ahh well i'm debating doing my morning swim without eatting,.... i know i should have breakfast but if i am not hungry why bother..

I still have those curve your craving patches. haven't decided if I am going to try them or not yet.. but if i'm not hungry without them.. then i guess i really dont even need them at all. world is funny that way.


Anyway need to hit Pro in my Wii Boxing,.. and that is my fun exercising goal. Jason and I were up til almost 10:30 last night just training boxing with eachtoher.. lol I really love that Wii. I think they need to make something for your legs as well. it' slike Taebo then.. just not as boring. funny enough I LOVE leslie's 4 mile walk/job that takes 45-50 minutes and dont even want to do 30 minutes of Taebo because he just makes me feel stupid LOL

Okay i've rambled.. so to eat or not eat... that is the question. is it bad to skip breakfast? I never do because i take my pill then 40 minutes later eat.. but... maybe i'll just grab a bananananana and go swim.. alright great idea.. maybe i'll get back on here afterwards.. see ya in 50 laps!! :)
 
Okay i'm back..:) and i'm 100 points from Wiiiiii Pro in Boxing.. I rule lol

I think i'm going to hop in the shower and take my baby to the park.. I wanted to take him the puppy park.. but they are calling for rain and he's so scared of rain i'd rather run him right down the street than drive him an hour to play with some other dogs.. maybe tomorrow will be nicer out so he can go have some fun :)

So exercise and tiring the dog out.. this is my kind of day!!!!

or yes and i had a small bpowl of cereal when i came back... the nana just didn't do it lol
 
okay i'm sweaty and my baby pup is sleepy lol I love watching him play outside, and love running with him he has the most aorable run!!

Okay.. so as I was running I was thinking.. my Mini Goal of 180 is great but I want to measure my BM , and get to a Normal Weight or just plain HEALTHY.


Okay so I've discovered I will actually be Overweight when i hit 191 lbs!! That actually pretty awesome !! Once I break 200 all i need is 9 more punds to be OVERWEIGHT (okay yes that is sad.. i'm happy to be overweight haha!)

Then after my mini goal is met .. at 159 I'll be 24.9 BMI ... so i'll be NORMAL! hmm i never wanted be normal until now.. lol

Then after i GET over that hill... just slip off another 19 pounds and i'll be 140 eith a BMi of 21.9

Well i haven't decided on going to 140.. i mean probably would look hawter but honestly even wehn i was younger i didn't want to be super thin.. and to me 140 woudl be like nothing. I just dont want to look like the koolaid guy anymore!! LOL

Also/ i'm done with think about my Body Fat.. in December I go see my doctor at that time I hope to be about 40-50 pounds lighter and i'll ask him how i can find out.. wheather i make an appt with some specilist or get a personal trainer.. but at least by that time I won't be the Blob.. lol

Okay well i'm goign to cool down and get sore on my ball then make lunch :)

Well i've had a good day did a little walking, played Wii which i'm abotu to get back to doing and had a nice Salad with a cheese stick (okay the cheese stick isn't good.. but the salad was yummy) lol

I'm having a great day.. kinda missed church which bummed me a bit, but I forgot to do laundry yesterday and when i remembered this morning after my walk it was 10 am, and i had to get dressed that moment to go. I know it wouldn't matter what I wear but umm.. nothing clean i had fit.. either too loose pants or way too tight skirts.. LOL so I was kinda stuck. But other than that everything is clean now lol
 
It feels good to hit a normal BMI. I recently got into the 20's so I can be considered "normal" now! yay!

You're making me want to hook up my Wii again and do some boxing as soon as my roomates move in. I think I'm pro in everything but baseball. That comes from being addicted to Wii sports when I first got it :p

Keep up the weight loss and when the results roll in you'll feel great!
 
Thanks Jpass!! You know even if the scale doesn't drop i still feel great. My husband thinks i'm beautiful so i never have to worry about him wanting me think.. and i honestly just feel great knowing that I can runa straight mile with sweat pants, shirt, sweater and a hoody on.. and it's 95 degrees outside. That for me is almost just as remarkable as getting to 140 pounds! lol

dont get me wrong i want to loss all this horrible weight.. but Today after i ran my mile, biked for another 4 miles, worked out with real boxing (btw.. i suck at real boxing.. i better just stick to Wii) with my hubby, and doing my ball work outs.. i just am so amazed I haven't died from THAT alone lol

But thank you seriously for the words of encouragement.. it really makes me feel good knowing someone is lookign around and willing to drop in and say hello :)

Anyway.. i need a shower.. you know what happens when you work out? you get covered in sweat and stink... hehe :)

Yea one thing that always amazes me is how much I can do now compared to before. When I first started I tried running and got about 50 feet before I had to quit. I currently run for 40 minutes each morning! It feels great seeing just what you can do. Your workouts sound really fun too, I'd love to box.

Yea that is probably my favorite thing about my lifestyle change, the variety of workouts lol And I love pushing myself just a little further every day.. because after a week or two i'm like wow... i didn
t "almost die" this time.. it feels great!! Who thought you could actually fun a whole mile without stopping? I'll tell you what, I sure didnt' think i could ! LOL :) boy have we amazed ourselves huh??

...stalker? trust me there is nothing much to stalker.. you can have the husband just dont take my dog... :) ooo and if you take the husband leave his chocolate!! :) kidding.

I love Wii Sports... but it's nothing like real life.. in Wii sports I can knock out 18 of those punishing bags.. in real life.. my hands usually hurt more than the bags :(

a month or so ago 3 young adults were smashed by an amatrak while they were trying to run it. A Sherif and his Dog's life was taken some months back by some disgusting low life whom himself got a ton of bullets shot through his body until death. And... umm if you kill the swan... expect your life to end as well.

Crap I made this too easy LOL ..... lakeland :) i'd say we probably pretty close to one another.. scary...
