Well i'm gonna start one of these even though I haven't done much but 30 mins of exercise. Well let's not lie that was hard as ever.. i dont think my heart has ever pumped so fast.
I'm not sure what I'm suppose to write here but I figured a little experience on how i'm feeling today and how I worked out so i can look back and see how it all has been changing.
I'm going to remain positive about this. Jason says if i want to lose the weight truely I have to be positive but be angry. Angry when i am working out, thinking of something i dont like and keep pushing to change it, and positive at the end of the day no matter how much or little i have done and tell myself to improve it tomorrow.
I dont remember running being so hard, and i HATE how my stomach has this HUGE roll at the bottom of it, so that is my angery thought while working out. focussing on that made me stop thinking for a little bit how much my legs wanted to break in half and how my chest felt like my heart was about to burst out from racing so fast.
Jason has been really good to me planning this out, he made up some small easy exercises that i know i can do that will get my heart racing and targetting different areas of my body. I love having my own personal trainer haha... married the right man my mother says.. and right now she's right! lol
I feel bad that i told him i didn't want him watching me work out to begin with or him doing it with me. I shouldn't want him to stay away but he's very fit and he can do like 3 times as much so when he says "your doing good" sorta makes me feel bad, not good. I'm in a pool of sweat and he's dry as ever.
But after time that will change I hope, not overnight but maybe in a couple months we can run together outside.. and maybe i can keep up! lol
