I feel that the most important part of my routine is swimming. I have muscle and mass, I but for now I am trying to cut and tone.
When I swim I try to swim back and forth the lap pool, without touching the ground. I do get tired so I continue walking until I've recovered enough stamina then I continue swimming. To me form is more important than speed so I take my time. I usually swim 12 laps back and forth, and walk every fourth lap.
In the sauna, I do light aerobics such as push ups and sit ups, I've recently began to do judo push ups instead of regular push ups because of the range of motion used in the shoulders and the pelvis. It is important for me to sweat as much as I can in these 10 mins because this is the end of my routine.
As for the steam room, I sit and recuperate until I am ready to shower.
I understand how dangerous it is to sit in the sauna and steam room for a prolonged amount of time, so I keep hydrated with a flask of water.
