It looks like you are still doing really well. I have been lurking on this site for the last few weeks, so I have kept up with you, but now that I am starting to post again I wanted to make sure to let you know I think you are doing great. You are such a good person with all that you do for everyone.

I must say, I am off ot a crappy ass start. Start of the journal, and I think today has been one of the worst recorded days eating wise.

I will try to finish off the day with about 500 calories...primarily, nutrional stuff, such as protein and good fats. I'm thinking, something about 300-400 for dinner, and a 100 calorie snack. If I feel hungry, I will run around the block...that should get rid of my appeite.

Anyways, lemme get back to studying...fun fun

Hehe, they are good but they have way too much trans fats in them, seriously. The worst fats out there.

I tell my mom to stop buying them...or at least switch to an alternative. She wont' listen to me and she insists on buying them and placing them in the cookie jar on the kitchen counter. My will power is only so strong...i walked past them for a week and finally gave in.

And damn, talk about calories....they have a lot...for just a few cookies
 
I finished off strong yesterday, even with all the junk I ate. I did take my pills, but I need to update my protein. I think that I am going to buy some whey protein shakes.

I will worry about the fat laters.

Today was a good day. Hung out with liz, put in a few job applications and we went swimming in the pool, so it was all good.

A hospital called me for a job interview. Part time work with registering patients, so I'm looking forward to that, that should be exciting!

I had a lot of meditation day, thought about a lot of stuff again (grr, I am thinking too much....I need a job).

Anyways, I need to study anatomy, so I will talk later...

Omg, I forgot to mention.

After swimming, I went by the monkey bars in the kids playgrounds. I was screwing around, but, the first time, ever in my life, I did a pull up!!!!!

I did about 3 or 4. And keep in mind, my clothes were wet (an extra added 5 lbs easy). I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER DONE A PULL UP IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE!!!

OMG, TALK ABOUT RESULTS, THIS IS IT IN ACTION BABY. THIS IS LIKE A BEFORE AND AFTER PIC!!!!

(my knuckles was facing away from me rather then towards me...does this make a difference...if it does, then i'm such a fool :()

Grrr...now I have to go back to memorizing the skeletal system. I'll see you guys later...

My a&p test is tonite, and i got my bio2 test friday (we have a test every week). I need to do good on this test to make up for my last test, which was a C, needless to say, I'll be doing a lot of studying.

I also have a job interview today at 1:00, i am excited and kinda nervous. but I will go in confident and proud and hopefully, i get the job :D

I am pretty sure the interview went well. SHe said she will call me back wednsday for a 2nd interview.

Its an awful lot of hours, 32-40...meaning, I won't have a life nor time on these forums :( (just time to excericise, study, work..and a little bit of social life)

Today, I went to the doctor to get checked up. The nurse though the scale was broken, since my last visit (5 weeks ago) I lost 13 lbs. She was freaking shocked :D. Everything went well at the doc, he gave me some medication for the cough.

Look at the time, 6:00pm, I gotta work out! Catch you guys later. Wow..my journal became so freaking boring. I will try to "spice it up"...i don't know why my attitude and mood changed....
