Lost 2 lbs today, I was happy..but I was off to a bad start eating today.
I prepared myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, because I was craving something sweet. Little did I know that one of these sandwiches (after i calculated) has 480 calories!!!! Holy smokes, that more then a quarter of my daily intake...and for such an unfilling (imo) meal! I adjusted my daily calories accordingly to adjust for this (i did eat some nacho and cheese dip...i guess since I had such a light dinner yesterday, i was hungry this morning) and I forecasted half of a pita sandwich for lunch and then a quarter of that for dinner, to be at my goal calories consumption (if i do go by this plan, my estimated calorie consumption would be 1770.) Worst yet, with this planning, I don't get drink a protein shake today. I may adjust it out, and eat half the pita sandwich today, eat the other half tomorrow...light dinner tonight (very light! if i drink my protein shake with water, thats 120 calories, so i have a maximum of 180 calories)... I will maintain my will power though, and do whatever it takes.
Grr, and i have tons of hw to do. Hopefully everyone is doing well with their goals.
