My girlfriend recently started working out with me but she had ACL surgury a couple years ago.
She has problems working out some of her choice legs muscles and running. She wanted me to find out.... Is there any way to maybe workout a tendon (I'm not sure if its a tendon or a ligament) to make it stronger? She beileves so because they had her excersizing during her psychical therapy after the surgury. I'm rather spectical, I don't think you can build a tendon or ligament like you can a muscle.
