Might I inquire as to what is an oxtail? I saw that you had some for breakfast... so was curious as to what they are...

Oh, and your pasta with veggies and alfredo sauce? sounds yummy. I might go italian for tomorrow night, I'm making my own sauce with my own tomatoes and herbs. Should be interesting.
