I felt like crap this morning. I think it has to do with the food. Just the fact that I got off the wagon SO OFF, SO FAR. I don't even want to weigh myself. The only cool thing I get from this is the quick weight drop I'll experience. I feel like I am starting something so brand new.
So, now it's 12pm and I've already consumed 1240 calories. I have class until 930pm, and I SHOULD workout tonight.
I'm happy that I woke up and went to work. Rather than sitting on my ass for 0 dollars for 6 hours, how about for $100? Sucked that I had to force myself to work, cool that it was a gig for PE, so wearing sweats is awesome!
I'm also happy that I'm done with my housesitting job today after one last visit at 6pm. I'm planning to work a flea market this weekend, but I have the money labeled for savings so I won't be able to spend it.
I need to 1) keep fat food out of the house 2) cook in bulk of recipes to make things tasty.
