I slept 6 hours now it's 4am, so my body can only sleep for 6 hours. Also, I decided to weigh in on Day 45 or Day 46. I ate 1345 calories today!

I just knew if I didn't eat tonight then I would've had a hard time going to sleep. So, I ate a hefty meal, I'm not too worried since my weigh-in will be on Day 45.

I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow and eat some protein tomorrow and drink 12 cups of water. I want to see under 182 on Day 45!! The cool thing is I weigh in at 183 at night, so that's awesome!

The first thing I did this morning was go to the bathroom. Damn! Since I had to go check on the house I'm housesitting for, I went to the gym afterwards. I'm waiting for the mail to come in so I can go out and run my errands. My coupons BETTER be in the mail today!

Tempted to go to the gym again after I go by the house...but we will just see. All the damage I did yesterday needs to be reversed!

Hey girl! Thanks for coming in to check on me....Caught me in a bad moment. I felt like being naughty this weekend..can you blame me? All the foods (minus ramen) were so yummy!

I'll be back on track tomorrow. I promise. I had to confess to my sins, and then walk away, and came back with some determination.

I ate 9600 calories in 5 days. I ate 910 calories today! OMG What am I going to do? I guess I have to increase my exercise to the max, so even though I'm going to go over the 10,000 caloric limit mark for the week, I'm going to have to burn all these calories off!

I feel like shit. Emotionally not cool. I cancelled a sub job knowing I have too much going on right now. I have a LOT of school work to catch up on. I just feel super lost and just not fine. Yesterday's last night binge was due to stress and not being able to sleep! I weighed in this morning with my clothes on and got 186.8lb!! First week where I GAINED weight.

Too many screw ups in one week. I need to slap myself back into shape, but I don't feel determined.

I felt like crap this morning. I think it has to do with the food. Just the fact that I got off the wagon SO OFF, SO FAR. I don't even want to weigh myself. The only cool thing I get from this is the quick weight drop I'll experience. I feel like I am starting something so brand new.

So, now it's 12pm and I've already consumed 1240 calories. I have class until 930pm, and I SHOULD workout tonight.

I'm happy that I woke up and went to work. Rather than sitting on my ass for 0 dollars for 6 hours, how about for $100? Sucked that I had to force myself to work, cool that it was a gig for PE, so wearing sweats is awesome!

I'm also happy that I'm done with my housesitting job today after one last visit at 6pm. I'm planning to work a flea market this weekend, but I have the money labeled for savings so I won't be able to spend it.

I need to 1) keep fat food out of the house 2) cook in bulk of recipes to make things tasty.

I know what you mean, I fell off of the wagon last weekend, and popped up 4lbs... I'm back down to 242, but It was frustrating. And dont feel bad about it, sometimes life gets in the way, we just have to pick up where we left off and start again, just like you did.

I bet you'll drop a fair number of quick pounds, just because of water weight, and you really weren't off the wagon for too long a time. I have complete faith that you will zoom back to where you were, and then blast on past it. :)

However, I've been very crafty lately, and the fabric store where I go to is right next to this Mongolian Grill that is pumping out wonderful smells... I have to fight myself when I find myself at the store around lunch or dinner time! lol.
