A great thought just went through my head..
It took almost 30 days to lose 13.2 pounds, it won't take 1 day to gain it all back. So, get back on the wagon and keep going!!!!
I need to prevent these cycles, but in the meantime, don't feel so bad, and have a good day tomorrow!
SOOO true! Its so easy to eat too much one day and say, ahhh, hell. Screw it! and then just pig out... but a lb of food calorie wise is a LOT of food, and it only takes one day of doing that to make ya realize how aweful it truly is. Glad the wagon is still rollin for ya. Don't let weeks of no losses letcha think that you aren't getting anywhere; those allllll come back to ya sooner or later
by the way, have you thought of counting how much fiber you eat a day?? I started doing it a while ago, and it helps IMMENSELY. You should be eating between 25 to 35ish grams of fiber a day, and should be pooing at least once to two times a day. Start adding the fiber, you'd be surprised at what ya get in. Have a super day
