Oh and about my picture, i am just curious but how come i am like almost at a six pack stage (or do i have one? anyone lol) but when i wear a tight singlet or very tight shirt my stomach isint exactly fully flat, it kind sticks out especially on the top abs (not the ones that form an eight pack) not much but it still bothers me. Anyone know how to fix that or do i just have bulky abs there?
