abs front view

What are you doing now for your abs? I would hit planks for 2 min's at a time to make sure your core is solid first. So far what ever you are doing is working for you. The abs are looking very good.

heh. lookin great dude.

just keep losing the bf % :D

& you should target your lower abdominals if you haven't , do more hanging leg raises. do like 20 reps if you can, 3 reps. and also try captain's chair, 25 reps , 3 sets :D

works wonders.

i myself needs to lose a few more bf % , few more weeks to go -0-

Are you crazy, these guys abs are like

True, if he lost a little more bf he'd be like   But there heaps good now IMO.

photos ^^ example of the captain's chair

The Captain's Chair is the second most effective move for the rectus abdominis as well as the obliques and can be found in most health clubs and gyms. To do it right:

1. Stand on chair and grip handholds to stabilize your upper body.
2. Press your back against the pad and contract the abs to raise the legs and lift knees towards your chest.

3 sets. 25 reps :]

*you can also try doing full knee ins or just doing full leg ups some people try doing this swinging their legs up and down in a quick momentum. You should try it.

To be honest Abguinto, ..I don't think you're doing them right. or as lean as you are, I think that to me it looks as though you have poor form through your last several vertabrae when you pump out your ab work!!
You did ask for advice so if you want to find out what Joey and I are on about, check out a pilates or callesthenics workout dso youcan discover your last few vertabrae and what they can do for you...
When I was first approaching my 12 hr a day programme,I used to do alot of captains chairs myself amongst other things.. except instesad of using a chair I did them off my pull up bar..and sometimes I used to get my little brother to hang onto /off me while I used him as extra weight ..even for leg raises ..:D fun stuff.;)...bent knee weighted leg raises would be awesome for you here..
and it might help you shake your spine free into good lower half form ..
then you can pretty much apply that to any ab exercise at all.. try some bicyles and some parrallel shoulder height arm twists in a deep squat ... and looking again, maybe some cross over crunches where you reach up and hit the outside of your opposite foot with the back of your hand . Just remember that your lower back all the way down to your cocxyx should be flat on the ground when you do those and planted into the floor like it was set in cement..natural arch just above that.. otherwise not bad for now.l-).

Leg lifts will help develop your lower abs if that is what you want. Along with a clean diet/cardio/weight training routine.
